My name is Grace Drazenka Potkonjak. I am the Manager and Processor at Efficient Mortgage Processing. I have been in the mortgage industry for 4 years. My experience consists of 2 years originating loans as a loan officer, 2 years processing, and 1.5 years training and managing processors. I am fluent in 4 languages: Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, and Portuguese, and on our team we have processors who also speak Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian. Our team is highly experienced; we have processors with 25 years of experience and former LOs and LOAs. I am detail-oriented, a genuine team player and have excellent customer service skills, as this is the key skill in the mortgage industry. I am passionate about working with brokers and helping them grow their business and close their loans more efficiently, while together we help our borrowers achieve the American Dream
