As a mortgage lender, Celebrity Financial Services is a "financial institution" subject to the privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation P. We collect nonpublic personal information ("NPI") about you from information you provide on applications and forms, information about your transactions with us or others, and information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

6. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and communications consent

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as amended, and the FCC's implementing regulations.

Express written consent: By submitting a form, survey, or other opt-in mechanism on this website or through our marketing materials, and by checking or agreeing to a consent disclosure, you provide your prior express written consent for us to contact you using automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and/or text messages at the phone number(s) you provide. The scope of communications you receive depends on which specific consent you have provided. This consent applies to calls and texts from Celebrity Financial Services only (one-to-one consent) and is not shared with or transferred to other companies for their independent use.

AI-generated communications: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate voice messages, text messages, or other automated communications. In accordance with the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling, AI-generated voice calls are treated as "artificial or prerecorded voice" calls under the TCPA. Where you have provided consent to receive automated communications, that consent includes communications generated or assisted by AI technology. We will identify AI-generated communications where required by applicable law.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive automated calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, service, or product.

Message frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and revocation: You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to any text message, calling us at (361) 356-1568, emailing [email protected], or informing us verbally during a phone call. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by current FCC regulations.

Consent records: We maintain records of all consent obtained, including timestamps, IP addresses, the specific consent language agreed to, and the source of the opt-in. These records are retained for a minimum of five years.

State-specific requirements: Certain states have additional requirements for telephone and text communications. We comply with all applicable state-specific communication laws in addition to federal TCPA requirements.
