7. SMS/text message terms

Program description: Celebrity Financial Services provides mortgage services, including loan consultations, pre-approvals, refinancing options, and mortgage education. This SMS messaging service is used to send important transactional and informational notifications related to your mortgage request, appointment confirmations and reminders, application updates, and webinar confirmations and reminders.

Our messaging program only sends messages to customers who have explicitly opted in through our website at https://cfsmortgage.org and have provided consent to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

Messages may include:

- Mortgage inquiry and consultation follow-ups

- Scheduling confirmations and appointment reminders

- Rescheduling updates

- Mortgage application status updates and document requests

- Webinar registration confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups

- Customer support communications

Our goal is to ensure timely and efficient communication throughout your mortgage process.

Cancellation instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Age restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

A2P 10DLC compliance: Our SMS messaging is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and complies with carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers.

SMS data protection: Your mobile number and information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. AI-generated content and communications

We may use artificial intelligence technology in various aspects of our operations, including but not limited to generating or assisting with marketing content, social media posts, email campaigns, text messages, voice calls, chatbots, and educational materials. In accordance with the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling, AI-generated voice communications are subject to the same TCPA requirements as traditional prerecorded or artificial voice calls.

By consenting to receive automated communications from us, you acknowledge and agree that some or all of those communications may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence technology. We will disclose the use of AI in communications where required by applicable federal or state law. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.

AI is not used to make lending decisions. All credit decisions, loan eligibility determinations, and loan terms are made by licensed human professionals in compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Housing Act, and all applicable regulations.

9. Intellectual property

Our limited license to you: This Site and all the materials available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and design elements, are the property of Celebrity Financial Services and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
